How to order
Orders can be placed by Post, Fax, Phone Contact details or through our Verisign Secure Web Ordering facility. We advise against placing orders by post because of the delays experienced in receiving postal deliveries but the choice is yours. FullMoons Cauldron reserve the right to refuse any order or request an alternative method of payment than that received. We will not deliver to a temporary residence i.e. Hotels.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Electron cards or by e-banking/BACS, PayPal. BACS details will be supplied on request of a pro-forma invoice. Credit and Debit card payments are linked to the Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure additional security systems.
Postage and delivery / Shipping Details
We advise orders to be in by 2 pm Monday - Thursday and by 11 am Fridays for same day despatch via default UK Mainland courier option.
Please ensure you enter your full delivery address correctly. If an item is returned to us because of wrong or insufficient address, you will be charged postage costs again to resend the item or the postage charge already paid will not be refunded should we / you choose to cancel your order.
Postage charges need to cover not only the actual cost of the postage but also packaging, warehouse and distribution costs.
Online ordering Postage is charged by estimated packed weight which is worked out automatically by our system. The prices below are a guide only. Each product is held on our system with it's estimated packed weight. Where an item is bulky or very delicate it will be held with a higher weight to take into considering the extra costs involved in its despatch. When purchasing on line you will be given the choice of delivery methods with costs via the drop down menu before completing your order.
UK - Delivery is either by 24/48 hr Courier or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery dependant on destination, weight and value of order at our discretion
UK Mainland - this includes Scottish Highlands but not Islands. If your postcode appears in this list Zones 4,5,8 delivery time will be 2days.

Delivery times can not be guaranteed as this is out of our control and are from despatch of order not placement of order.
Items sent via Royal Mail are not necessarily despatched the same day. Royal Mail no longer offer a next day delivery service on 1st class mail. Any claim for none arrival of goods sent via Royal Mail can not be made until two weeks after goods have been despatched. This is because of Royal Mail, not us!
UK Premium delivery. As detailed above delivery is normally next working day, but if you require e.g. a morning or Weekend delivery and you're on the UK Mainland (excluding Highlands); this is possible but at extra charge. Select the relevant option from the drop down shipping menu when completing the checkout.

Deliveries to DPD Local Drop of Shops
You will be notified by text/email from our couriers letting you know your parcel has been dropped off at the shop you requested. You have 5 days to collect your parcel before it is returned to us. If it is returned to us, we are charged a third party collection fee which will be substantially more that the original post & packaging fee paid and so will be deducted from any refund due to you for the returned goods. If you wish the goods to be resent to you, you will also have to pay a new post & packaging charge.
All deliveries will require a signature
We are happy to deliver to a work address or neighbour, however; if something happens to your order after our couriers have delivered it to your chosen alternative delivery address we are not liable. If you ask our couriers to leave your parcel without a signature, if they agree, that is between you and them and should anything happen to that parcel i.e. it goes missing or is damaged we are not liable in anyway. A claim for missing or damaged goods will not be entered into.
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday. You will be notified of any major delay.
Opening Hours and Holidays
We are open Monday - Thursday 9 am - 5 pm.
Fridays 9 am - 12 noon.
We are closed during UK Bank Holidays, weekends and the following dates:
June - Royal Ascot Horse racing madness week.
We have an automatic discount structure for orders placed on line through our secure shopping cart. The relevant discount is automatically deducted at the check out and is in addition to any bulk discount already given on individual products. We offer this discount to help towards P&P costs on larger orders.

None EU / None European orders
Because of increased custom regulations we no longer accept orders from outside of Europe.
Payment for non EU orders is required by Bank Transfer only and may still not be accepted. You may be liable to import tax depending on the value and items ordered. You should check with your relevant authority before placing an order. It is also your responsibility to know of any import restrictions and any products you can and cannot import into your country. If customs deem any product not suitable for import, they will destroy it. We are not responsible for any product customs remove / damage / destroy from your order. No refund will be given and you may face additional charges from customs and or us.
We only accept GBP, £, Pounds Sterling. If ordering from outside the UK, your card issuer will convert the order value into your own currency after the order has been placed. There are many currency convertors online that will give you a ruff idea of the conversion amount. We advise you do this before placing an order so you know approximately how much you are spending.
Damages or wrong items received
Any claims for wrong or damaged goods should be made within 7 days of receipt. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
In the unlikely event that a package is delivered to you in a damaged or opened condition - where you sign for the package, you MUST write that the package is damaged/opened and you must inform us of this within 24 hours of receipt. If you do not, a claim can not be entered into with our carriers and we will not be able to replace the items.
Cancellation / Returns
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately by email and telephone. You have the right to a 'cooling off' period, where by you can cancel your order within 14 working days after the date of receipt of the goods, without reason, for a refund on the cost of the products. Postage & packing (shipping) is not refundable. Return postage is to be paid by you and goods should arrive back with us sealed in their original packaging, unused and in a re-sellable condition via a secure method. We can arrange to collect the goods from you if you prefer, the cost of this will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation and return of goods as detailed above. Please contact us by email before returning goods for an authorisation code. Returns can not be accepted without the authorisation code.
This excludes products custom made to your own specifications.
If you wish to cancel an order after we have processed that order but before it is despatched, we will refund your order in full.
Video's and DVD's can not be returned after receipt due to copyright laws. Fragrances that have been opened can not be returned as they are not re-sellable. This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information we collect are your contact details supplied at the time of ordering or requesting information. The information is collected by us and at no time are any of your details passed onto a third party. We may at times use this information to inform you of special offers and promotions via email. You will always be given the opportunity to decline future marketing information from us by responding to an email link to be found on the information we sent you. Should you have any queries or concerns relating to privacy please contact our Marketing department via email. We do not give a named contact in case of sickness or holidays - it is important to us that your queries are answered without delays.
(In accordance with the Privacy & Electronic Communications Act passed into law 11 Dec 03) - “We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).”
